Platform Fees
SYNE charges the lowest platform fees, based on the funds raised and this helps make the platform viable. Only the minimal amount is charged and rest assured there are no hidden fees, unlike some of our competitors', who claim ‘no platform fees’ but charge substantial donor fees!
The transaction fee is a charge incurred every time a customer’s electronic payment is processed and the amount fee depends on other service used – Cards, Net Banking, Direct Transfer etc.
Payment Processing
On completion of the projects, all payment settlements are processed. SYNE withholds the transaction amount in case of claims pending from contributors and releases it to the project owner once the aims are processed.
For contributors paying in USD having Canadian Credit/Debit Card, the transaction will be converted by the card issuer. In case of project owners fundraising in a currency other than their own, SYNE converts the funds raised into the local currency without any additional charges.
